Green Aroma takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. When making a purchase or browsing on our website, we promise to not release any of your personal information to a third party company for their mailing or marketing purposes.
The data collected on this website are processed by the website operator.
The client is responsible to keep the privacy of their account and password. The client’s data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the intended purposes and there are no legal obligations for storage.
The client can withdraw an already given consent at any time. This can be done informally by e-mail to office@greenaroma.pt
Your orders and purchased items cannot be removed from our historical accounting, however your personal affiliation with these orders can be anonymised and all your personal information would no longer be held by us.
Contact with the user
Every time the client contacts Green Aroma to obtain information regarding the products, purchase process, order status or to report any website situation, Green Aroma has the right to request any personal additional details.
While the client is visiting our website their browsing behavior can be evaluated statistically.
Green Aroma will occasionally use the client’s email to notify them of new items, offers and services. While registering, the client can always choose to not receive those informations.

General
Green Aroma is owned and operated by Green Aroma Unip. Lda. (a Portuguese company).
The terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, should be read before placing your online order. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, however the terms and conditions that will apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.
Use of the website
To register at www.greenaroma.pt and purchase goods from our website, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other required details to process your order. If you change your details and information provided when registering, you must inform us immediately by updating your personal details. We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.
We reserve the right to decline a new costumer registration or suspend a costumer’s account at any time and to terminate your access to all or parts of the services with or without notice.
We reserve the right to make typing, printing or calculation errors as well as unforeseen price changes. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have purchased, we will let you know as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given to your card and you will be notified.
Pricing, description and product information
The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on the website at the time you place your order (delivery charges included), except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. The prices quoted on this website apply only to products sold via this website. We reserve the right to make written, print and mathematical mistakes and price changes without notice.
Where the same products are available via another stocklist different prices may apply. All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations).
Proprietary reservation
The delivered goods remain the property of Green Aroma until full payment by the purchaser has been received.
Please understand that orders will only be sent after full payment has been received. You will then receive the invoice by e-mail after completion of the order.
Placing an order and order acceptance
The Order Acknowledgement email and order number are our confirmation of your order with us. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us. The address at which the card is registered must be the same as your billing address. You can register a new payment card at any time, but the card associated with a given order cannot be changed once you have checked out. To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered credit reference agency which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity; a credit check is not performed and your credit rating will be unaffected.
The payment must be free of bank charges for the beneficiary (= Green Aroma)!
Credit card safety
Green Aroma does not release any credit card information nor details to any outside organisation. Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.
Credit Card Payment
Charges to your credit card will be shown as GREEN AROMA.
Delivery
Green Aroma is free to choose the carrier and means of transport.
Provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you. Please note that working days for us are Monday - Friday and do not include national Portuguese bank holidays.
According to our GREEN DELIVERY SYSTEM we only dispatch orders once a week (on thursdays).
EU orders usually arrive within maximum 3 working days and around 5 working days for non-EU orders. Orders can take a little bit longer, particularly over bank holidays and busy times of the year.
The customer must give notification for damages that happen during transport to Green Aroma trough our quality department email within 3 days the latest after the goods have been received.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within a period of fourteen days and without giving any reasons. The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party (which is not the carrier) you named, has taken possession of the product. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Green Aroma Lda, throughout a resgisted letter to our address - Rua Luís de Camões CP 105, 7005-685 Nossa Senhora de Machede, Portugal, or by writing to our quality department email) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or E-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. To keep to the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Refunds
If your purchase from Green Aroma is found to be faulty or damaged, please report back to us through our quality department email. You shall not return the package / send it back to us for environmental reasons. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.

Intellectual property and copyright
The content of the www.greenaroma.pt website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. It is not allowed to print copies of our content (images, charts etc.) either for your personal use or as commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website without written permission from Green Aroma.
Governing law
The contract between you and Green Aroma under which you have made your purchases, it is agreed, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law. The Portuguese courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
